So, I don’t necessarily like the title of this bonus system, nor do I like the title Six Pack Shortcuts for that matter because there are no shortcuts to getting six pack abs. But that said, it does provide a good general introduction to the eating aspect of getting six pack abs. You may find that you want to go deeper into the nutrition info on your own time.
