Does Six Pack Shortcuts work? The question has been posed many times before and in many different ways, and the answer is yes, but it depends on what you mean by “work.” So, let’s get to the bottom of this and see if Six Pack Shortcuts works or not, and more importantly, whether it can work for you.
Does Six Pack Shortcuts Work?
Well, yes. Yes, it does. At least in the classical sense. Six Pack Shortcuts works in that it can help you burn fat, build muscle, and get six pack abs. But it’s not quite that simple. You see, Six Pack Shortcuts is primarily a workout program to help you get six pack abs (ie not a diet program). And as we all know, if you really want to get six pack abs, it’s probably going to take a joint effort of training and diet strategies to get you lean enough to see your ab musculature. So, not only will you need to follow the Six Pack Shortcuts workout program, you’ll also probably need to make some dietary changes as well (among other lifestyle changes).
Fortunately, if you buy Six Pack Shortcuts, you’ll also get access to Mike Chang’s Zero Willpower Eating System. And just between you and me, I don’t think ANY dietary change requires zero willpower. So, I don’t necessarily like the title of this bonus system, nor do I like the title Six Pack Shortcuts for that matter because there are no shortcuts to getting six pack abs. But that said, it does provide a good general introduction to the eating aspect of getting six pack abs. You may find that you want to go deeper into the nutrition info on your own time.
So, if you’re willing to make some dietary changes, and more importantly, figure out what kind of diet works for you, then Six Pack Shortcuts might work for you.
That said, whether or not Six Pack Shortcuts will work for you is still to be determined. You see, it can and has worked for a lot of people, but it’s not necessarily the right program for everyone who wants six pack abs. There are some advantages and drawbacks to this program that you should be aware of before you spend your hard-earned cash on it. For example, you will need to work hard. You’ll need to change some habits. It may get tough. Suffice to say, you won’t get six pack abs handed to you on a silver platter. But if you fit a specific criteria and you’re willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your goal, then Six Pack Shortcuts can definitely help you burn fat, build muscle, and get six pack abs – maybe even in 12 weeks or less.

So, in summary, Six Pack Shortcuts works if you’re the type of customer they’re catering to and if you’re willing to put in a lot of work. Mike Chang makes no bones about how difficult it is to get six pack abs, and he’s done the best he can to put together a workout program and eating system to help you get there using his experience as a guide.
